Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of slim_escort ("the site"), operated by [the site operator — set this in the admin panel]. By browsing the site, posting an ad, or contacting anyone through it, you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you are. Everyone appearing in an ad — in the text or in a photo — must also be at least 18 and must have agreed to appear. You are responsible for knowing whether what you post or arrange is lawful where you and the other party are. Some services advertised here are lawful in some places and not in others; the site does not make that judgement for you.

Posting an ad

Ads are posted without an account. You verify an email address (and, where enabled, a phone number) before an ad goes live; that verification is how an ad is tied to you and how you keep control of it. You are given a private management link — anyone holding that link can edit or remove the ad, so treat it as a password.

Ads run for a fixed period and then expire. You may remove yours at any time.

What you may and may not post is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

What you keep, and what you grant

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant [the site operator — set this in the admin panel] a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, resize and display that content for the purpose of running the site — including showing it in listings, search results and category pages — for as long as the ad is live and for as long afterwards as is needed for the record-keeping described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you own or are allowed to use everything you post, including every photograph. Posting someone else's photograph without their permission is both a breach of these terms and, frequently, of their rights.

Moderation and removal

Ads are screened automatically before publication and may be reviewed by a person at any time afterwards. An ad may be held, edited, or removed — with or without notice — where it breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, where it is the subject of a credible report, or where the operator is required to remove it. Repeated or serious breaches may result in a block on posting.

Anyone can report an ad from the ad's own page. Reports concerning minors, coercion or trafficking are treated as urgent and the ad is taken out of public view while it is examined.

The site is a noticeboard
